This project involved the construction of a hard-corner, 3,000sqft 7-11 convenience store and gas station on Ann Rd in North Las Vegas. 

The unique shape of the site and adjacency of easements and neighborhoods created challenges that were overcome through collaboration, coordination and creative problem solving with all stakeholders involved. 

The project was delivered in 2023 and has proved to be a successful location for the brand.
