Bessemer Trust, founded in 1907, is a private, independent office that oversees more than $140 billion for over 2500 families, foundations, and endowments.

This project brought to life a new and expanded office for the Bessemer Trust team with the goal of meeting the current and future needs of their staff and clients. The office is located in the 1700 Pavilion building at Downtown Summerlin and encompass’ a little under 6,000sqft of space. The design features a host of high-end features like custom wood wall paneling, stone mosaic floor tiling, solid stone surfaces throughout, IT systems including conference room integration, Estel acoustically rated glass office front systems, recessed LED accent lighting and more.
