From the moment we broke ground on Doral Red Rock, our team knew we weren’t simply building classrooms—we were shaping a dynamic environment where up to 2,400 middle and high school students could flourish. The 17 acre, 4 building site in Summerlin was designed to support arts integration, academics, athletics, and community engagement. The layout accommodates evolving enrollment, expanding from approximately 752 students in 2015 to over 2,365 students in recent years. We collaborated closely with architects and school leadership to craft spaces that are flexible and future-ready—designed for creative learning, robust extracurricular programs, and athletic events that rally families and the neighborhood around a shared sense of pride and energy.

Beyond bricks and mortar, our project delivered significant community impact. By providing a modern, capable campus, we equipped Doral Academy Red Rock to consistently rank among the top 10 percent of schools in Nevada. The campus’ thoughtful design supports a wide array of academic and extracurricular opportunities—from AP coursework to arts integration and sports programs—all housed in facilities built to inspire and endure. Every corridor, classroom, and communal space was envisioned to foster that spirit of perseverance, intelligence, and boldness that defines the Doral Dragons and strengthens the wider Summerlin community.
