2024 NAIOP Spotlight Award Winner –

Office TI Project

This project created a new regional hub location for Hearst Health, a Healthcare-Technologies sector of the over 135 year old global Hearst enterprise. The over 5,000 square foot Las Vegas location is an expanded relocation from San Francisco and provides a premium office environment for its executive teams with access to world class amenities just steps away. Located at the recently completed 1700 Pavilion, Class A Office Building, Hearst Health is a collaborative hub for a small number of in-house personnel, interns and recent UNLV graduates to deploy across the Hearst Health Business. A convention style conference center was designed to host regular group meetings and summits scheduled throughout the year. The focus on IT integration and flexible workstations allows for both in-office and hybrid work to accommodate the firm’s diverse group of employees and clients. Premium finishes and design allow for not only a top notch environment for clientele but an amenity-rich work environment for employees. The mission of Hearst Health is to help guide the most important care moments by delivering vital information into the hands of everyone who touches a person’s health journey.

Hearst Health, Las Vegas designated nearly 50% of its build-out to a convention-style conference center. Separate coffee and catering serving counters and bar-height dining options are featured in the reception lobby. Reinforced millwork closets flank the catering area, each one capable of holding 16 guests’ carry-on suitcases; 2 full-size closets are available for coats and luggage overflow. The conference room includes a 26-person table, with the option of additional seating around the perimeter. Sliding doors connect the auxiliary lounge to the conference room for even more seating, or a secondary meeting with a more intimate seating arrangement.

The back of house is home to the CEO, CFO, and one guest executive office. One 8-person conference room and two 5-person collaboration spaces surround 10 hoteling workstations available for single or multi-day visiting staff. An open breakroom and lounge overlook the Las Vegas Ballpark.
