Snell & Wilmer’s new Las Vegas office is a 24,000-square-foot workplace built on the entire seventh floor of 1700 Pavilion Center Drive in Howard Hughes’ Downtown Summerlin, a Class A office tower positioned in the heart of one of the valley’s premier mixed-use destinations. The space was developed to support the firm’s continued growth in Southern Nevada while creating an environment that reflects the realities of today’s workplace—one that prioritizes collaboration, elevated client experience, and modern amenities. Designed by EV&A Architecture, with Compass Development serving as owner’s representative, the project brings together refined materials, expansive views, and hospitality-inspired finishes to create a polished, high-performance office environment.

The completed office balances professionalism with warmth, featuring light-filled conference rooms, inviting lounge and café areas, custom millwork, and a clean, contemporary palette that reinforces the firm’s brand and culture. The project has already earned industry recognition, receiving the 2026 NAIOP Southern Nevada Spotlight Honor Award for Office Tenant Improvement Over 20,000 Square Feet—an acknowledgment of the design quality, innovation, and overall impact of the space within the local commercial real estate community.
