This project centered around the ground up shell construction of a 2 building 17,000 sqft retail center as part of The Village @ St Rose in West Henderson. 

The overall design is driven by the usage of beautiful stone facade, steel awnings with high-end wood-look cladding, and architectural “fins” to accent the surrounding development and Medical Office Building tenanted by Optum Healthcare. 

The property will house a variety of tenants including Handel’s Ice Cream and Meraki Mediterranean Grill.
